This is probably the strangest and most difficult conversation I've had to date. That being said, I do believe that the best course of action with any belief system is to have an open dialogue and to allow the dissection of ideas to take place. The episode opens with a brief rundown of my thought process heading into this discussion. Hey hey! This week is all about the idea of having a spine and a direction to orient yourself to. Don't settle for being a jellyfish and always moving with the flow - set a course, and drive towards that goal. Also I talk about directing that anger and aggression into whatever project you want to complete. Anger, aggression, and assertion shouldn't simply be labelled as "toxic" traits.
